- Call the office on 01256 381190.
- If no one answers, wait for the answering message which will detail the name and mobile number of the member of staff who is currently on call.
- Phone the on-call member of staff who will then respond accordingly.
NOTES:
- Please do not phone a member of staff directly unless you know they are on-call.
- If you are unsure if a particular situation qualifies as an emergency then please phone the on-call member of staff anyway so that they can make the decision on how to proceed.
- Most importantly of all – please do not report injuries or sick animals via the blog alone – always call the emergency on-call contact.

The first seen was 021 by the side of the reservoir then 6 more, 020, 213, 219, 220, 222, and 940 by the path down from Caesers. The other 14, 035, 072, 217, 221, 226, 228, 230, 235, 238, 244, 247, 248, 257 and either 030 or 035 who was around the other side of the water, were in the muddiest bog on Caesers. Below the dome adjacent to Gelvert, some were paddling, eating the rushes, adding to the mud, while others were lying down chilling and chewing the cud. They were joined by the first group by the time we left. Not seen were, 241, 242, 245, 252, 255 and either 030 or 033 depending on who the a.n.other was in the bog. Stay Safe, Marina & Des

By approx.10.40 they were at the triangle at the end of Sandy Hill ///suddenly.conducted.jolly. They looked well having grazed their way from the other end, where 030 used an oak branch to have a good scratch. There are not as many flies about. Unseen are 033, 226, 241, 242, 247, 252, and 255. We got out of the car to have a closer look at the '17' who were on the triangle at the end of Sandy Hill ///suddenly.conducted.jolly. They were grazing and chewing the cud and seem well and relaxed.
A gentleman told us he had seen some of the babies at the Shell garage side, and having scoured that area we found 5, 238, 242, 244, 248, and 244 along the rumble strip ///cowering.denim.wooden.
