Between 08:30 - 10:30
All 25 have been seen this Morning in 3 groups.
First group found was all 7 Sussex’s were found at ///rival.adapt.connected which is close to Beacon Hill Road near the Collards depot. All were relaxing chewing their cud without a care in the world.
Second group of nine were on slope near the covered dome at ///dads.centuries.headlines and ///districts.caked.hung All were grazing on the grass.
The last group of nine were amongst the trees to the west of horse pond at ///megawatt.wool.slime They seemed to be enjoying the coolness of the shade.
All the cattle were good today with no obvious signs of discomfort.
While I was looking at the second group I disturbed a bird on the ground who had been sitting on two eggs. I moved to safe distance and was pleased to see the bird return to the nest on the ground. Evidence, if it was needed that we need to be careful where we tread!
Thanks Graham..that's a good spot. Bit hard to tell from the photo but it could be nightjar
